Harry’s is part of BeerForGood CIC – the UK’s first Social Enterprise Bar Group. We provide customers with an excellent hospitality experience and our profits provide a quality learning programme for those that need it most.

Harry’s Social Mission is all inclusive. We are dedicated to driving it forward. Harry’s provides customers with an excellent hospitality experience and our profits pay for a quality learning programme for those that need it most. We make a real difference by re-investing our profits into innovative and vocational training programmes. Enthusiasm and motivation are the most important factors. No qualifications or experience required.

We have delivered Personal Licences, First Aid and Fire Marshal training to all our current employees and have delivered work and vocational training for our partners Down’s Syndrome (Scotland), School of Hard Knocks and the Jet Programme.

Harry’s most important achievements over the last 12 months

  • 130+ British Institute of Innkeepers (BII) certified courses completed by our staff
  • 92% achieved positive destinations (employment, further education/training, volunteering)
  • We offer industry support, work experience, relevant qualifications, quality training
  • 96% of all waste that leaves Harry’s is re-cycled
  • Won national Best New Initiative Award 2017 (British Institute of Innkeepers)
